ChainMyne Pay – Merchant Account – KYC/KYB Documentation & Information
Requirements:

In order to set up a merchant account and be verified you must first register an account on the platform.

Once you have registered and logged in, you must verify. To do this you click on “verify” within your merchant account and it will take you to a verification form. The fields below are the fields in the verification form. You MUST fill out the online verification form to supply documents and information to compliance.

* Passports must have the top and bottom visible fully open and flat.
* The information on the document must be clearly legible with no glare or shadows
* The photo must be close up and full size.

verification), and a piece of paper with today’s full date and the platform name hand-written.
* Must be a clear photo where all 3 elements are visible (Face, ID and Paper)
* Face and head must be fully in the photo and unobstructed by anything
* Hands holding Paper and ID must be visible.
* Maximum file size: 6mb (.JPG, .JPEG, .PNG accepted ONLY. NO .HEIC. .PDF or .Doc files for ID)

Incorporation documents
(If you are a business, you must provide complete incorporation/association documents in order to get
verified)

P.O.A (Proof of address) *
Must be a complete photo including edges (not screenshot) or a PDF of a household utility bill
(gas, electric, water, landline or broadband only), tax bill or bank statement.
*It must be dated within 3 months of today’s date
*It must have your current address, full name and date visible
*It must have the biller’s info visible (who the bill is from)
